Refund Policy

At Zaroo Fragrances, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Because fragrances are highly personal and hygienic products, we have specific guidelines in place regarding returns and refunds. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Eligibility for a Refund
We only accept refund requests for the following scenarios, provided they are reported within 7 days of delivery:
- The product arrived damaged, broken, or leaked
- You received an incorrect product (wrong fragrance or size)
- The product has a manufacturing defect (e.g., faulty sprayer)
Note: You must provide clear, unboxing photos or a video as proof of the issue. Refund requests without visual proof will not be processed.
2. Non-Refundable Items
To maintain strict health and safety standards, the following items cannot be returned or refunded:
- Opened, used, or unsealed perfume bottles
- Products returned without their original packaging
- Items returned after the 7-day window has passed
- Requests based on personal preference (e.g., "I didn't like the scent" or "It doesn't suit my skin chemistry")
We highly recommend reading the scent notes and descriptions on the product page carefully before purchasing, as fragrance perception varies from person to person.
3. How to Request a Refund
If your order meets the eligibility criteria, please follow these steps:

- Include your Order Number and a brief description of the issue
- Attach clear photos or a video showing the damage/defect
Once your request is reviewed and approved by our team, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the item.
4. Refund Process
Approved refunds will be processed back to your original method of payment within 5 to 7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product. Please note that your bank or payment provider may take an additional 3 to 5 business days to reflect the amount in your account.
5. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges for a different fragrance. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, you must request a refund for that specific item and place a new order for the fragrance you actually want.
6. Shipping Costs for Returns
If the return is due to our mistake (damaged, defective, or wrong item sent by us), Zaroo Fragrances will cover the return shipping costs. If the return is for any other non-eligible reason, the customer will be responsible for the shipping costs, and the package may be refused upon arrival.
