However, we cannot guarantee that your electronic display's colors will perfectly match the physical product. Additionally, fragrance perception can vary based on individual skin chemistry. The descriptions provided are for informational purposes and do not guarantee a specific sensory experience for every user.

3. Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in PKR (Pakistani Rupees) and are subject to change without prior notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue a product at any time. If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to an error, we reserve the right to cancel any orders placed for that product. Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase using our accepted payment methods.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery times provided on our website are estimates and not guaranteed. Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon delivery of the items to the courier. We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, weather, or unforeseen circumstances outside our control.

5. Returns & Exchanges

Due to the personal and hygienic nature of fragrances, we do not accept returns on opened, used, or unsealed bottles. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographic proof to arrange a replacement or refund. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website—including but not limited to logos, text, graphics, images, fragrance names, and software—is the exclusive property of Zaroo Fragrances and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or use any content from this site without our express written permission.
