Return & Exchange Policy

Your satisfaction is important to us. However, because fragrances are personal and hygienic items, we must enforce strict guidelines to ensure the safety and quality of our products for all customers. Please read this policy carefully.
1. Eligible Reasons for Return
We will accept a return request only if the issue is reported within 7 days of delivery and falls under one of the following categories:
- Damaged in Transit: The bottle arrived broken, leaked, or the packaging was severely compromised.
- Incorrect Item: You received a different fragrance or size than what you ordered.
- Manufacturing Defect: The sprayer is faulty, the cap is broken, or there is a clear quality control issue.
All claims must be supported by clear, unopened unboxing photos or a video sent to our support team.
2. Non-Returnable Items
To protect our customers and maintain hygiene standards, we strictly do NOT accept returns for:
- Opened, sprayed, or unsealed perfume bottles
- Products returned without their original retail packaging and cellophane wrapping
- Items returned after the 7-day window has expired
- Requests based on personal preference (e.g., "The scent is too strong," "It doesn't suit my skin," or "I changed my mind")
3. How Exchanges Work
We do not offer direct, one-to-one exchanges. Due to the nature of our inventory and hygiene protocols, we cannot simply swap one bottle for another.
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, the process is as follows:
- Step 1: Contact us for approval and initiate a return for a full refund.
- Step 2: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, the refund is processed.
- Step 3: You can then place a fresh, new order for the correct fragrance you desire.
4. How to Initiate a Return
To start the return process, please reach out to us via email or WhatsApp with the following details:
- Your Order Number
- A clear description of the issue
- Photos or a video showing the damage, defect, or wrong item
Once your request is approved, we will provide you with the exact return address and shipping instructions. Do not send items back without prior authorization.
5. Return Shipping & Inspection
If the return is due to our error (we sent the wrong or damaged item), Zaroo Fragrances will cover the return shipping costs. You must use the courier method specified by our team.
Once the returned package reaches our facility, it will undergo a quality check. Refunds will only be processed if the returned item matches the photos provided and is in the agreed-upon condition.
