Shipping Policy

At Zaroo Fragrances, we take great care in packaging your orders to ensure they arrive safely. Please review our shipping guidelines below to understand how and when your order will be delivered.

1. Order Processing Time

Orders are processed and dispatched within 1 to 3 business days. Business days exclude Sundays and public holidays. During high-demand periods (such as sales, Eid, or New Year), processing times may be slightly extended. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been handed over to our courier partner.

2. Delivery Times

Once dispatched, estimated delivery times across Pakistan are as follows:

  • Major Cities (Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad, Rawalpindi): 2 to 3 business days
  • Other Cities & Towns: 3 to 5 business days
  • Remote Areas (including parts of KPK, Balochistan, GB): 5 to 7 business days

Please note that these are estimated timeframes provided by our courier partners. Zaroo Fragrances is not liable for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances, severe weather, political unrest, or courier operational issues.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and package weight. We occasionally offer free shipping promotions on specific orders or across the entire store. Any applicable free shipping offer will be clearly indicated at checkout and on our website banners.

4. Order Tracking

As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an SMS and/or email containing your tracking ID and a link to track your parcel in real-time. If you do not receive your tracking details within 4 business days of placing your order, please contact our support team.

5. Failed Deliveries & Unclaimed Parcels

If the courier is unable to deliver your package due to an incorrect address, no response at the delivery location, or refusal to accept the parcel, the package will be returned to our facility. In such cases:

  • The customer will be responsible for paying a second shipping fee to reship the order.
  • If the customer requests a cancellation instead of reshipping, a refund will be issued minus the original shipping cost.
  • Parcels held at the courier station for more than 3 days and subsequently returned will also fall under this policy.

6. Safe Packaging

Fragrances are delicate items. We use protective bubble wrap, sturdy boxes, and secure sealing to prevent leaks or breakages during transit. In the rare event that your item arrives damaged or leaked, please refer to our Refund Policy and contact us immediately.
